Jim Cooke is a fine art photographer based in Brighton. He studied Fine Art (BA Hons) at Sheffield Polytechnic before completing an MA in Narrative Illustration and Editorial Design at the University of Brighton, where he went on to teach Photography from 1995-2017.
Jim has work in numerous prestigious collections around the world, including the Victoria and Albert Museum (London, UK), Portland Art Museum (USA) and the James Hyman Collection, to name a few. He has won several awards from the British Council and Arts Council England and, from 2004-2005, was an Artist in Residence at British Engineerium in Hove.
Jim's studio is in Brighton, where he lives with his wife.
