Fernando Velazquez (b. 1966) is a Spanish abstract artist. He was born in Seville, Spain, where he stayed until he moved to Los Angeles in 1996 and, a year later, London.
Fernando has had solo exhibitions in London, New York and Madrid, and taken part in numerous collective exhibitions and art fairs throughout the UK, Europe and America. His commissions include the Rosenberg & Kaufman Gallery in New York, for which he produced a large-scale piece to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the birth of iconic American composer, George Crumb.
His work is currently held in many private collections worldwide.
Fernando's studio is in Dorset, where he works and lives with his family.
